Brigston was due to be born on November 10th. We all had a feeling that he would arrive early, but we had no idea he would be 4 days late. On the morning of November 13th, I woke up feeling this was going to be the day. I was laying in bed, when I started going into labor. I told Jason to start getting ready to go and to finish up any work related stuff. I started communicating with our Doula and she was telling me what to do. Finally around 11:00 PM it was time to go to the hospital, eagerly looking forward to meeting our beautiful baby boy. We were admitted as soon as we reached the hospital. Grandma Gonzales was with us and grandma and grandpa wright were waiting for our phone call to come up as well was Grandpa Gonzales. Just a mere 12 hours later, our precious Brigston was born. It was eleven thirty one in the morning, yet we had a large group of family and friends all waiting to see Brigston.
Two days later, on November 16th, Brigston came home with us. He seemed to be very comfortable with his surroundings. We had, what seemed like, an endless parade of visitors. Not only was Brigston showered with gifts, He was showered with love.
Brigston is growing so big already. He loves eating and sleeping, and loves being held by mommy, Daddy and Grandma and Grandpa. We haven't had much sleep, but we also enjoy spending every possible moment with Brigston.
